Shopping Information

How can I place an order?

Simply add goods to your shopping basket and continue to checkout. There, you will be asked to enter your shipping address and your credit card details through Shopier or to proceed to payment via direct bank transfer. Once you have placed your order, an e-mail will be sent to you confirming the details of your order.

Customization

Initials, dates, name-surname, numbers, logos and such designs can be added on some of the series. Please visit customization for more information.

Gift

The notebooks are delivered in paper bags or upcycled fabric cases, depending on your preference in your order. If you inform us that your order is a gift with a note on Purchasing page, your transaction script will not be left in the package.

Do you have a store?

Payment Information

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Currently Müsvedde checkout system operates with direct bank transfer and Shopier system for credit cards.
If you wish to make a bank transfer, please send an e-mail with the transaction script and “Order ID” as the payment reference to [email protected]. Your order will be on hold until your payment is received. You’ll receive an approval e-mail ensuring that your payment has been received and your order will be shipped soon.

Sales TAX and customs

The prices listed contain VAT that is visible separately on the payment section. For orders shipped outside of Turkey, please keep in mind that extra import duties, customs and local sales taxes may apply. These supplementary costs are the customer’s responsibility and beyond our control. You should consult the customs legislation of your country.

Shipping

Where do you deliver?

Müsvedde notebooks are delivered worldwide. Aras Kargo has been nominated for shipments within Turkey. All other international shipments are done by the postal service. For each mode of shipment a tracking number will be sent to you.

If you wish to receive your package through a courier (dhl, ups, fedex, etc.) or express postal service please send an e-mail to [email protected]

Please read the following points carefully before placing your international order:

– Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price.
– Your order will be cleared through customs by our partner TNT. If there are any issues encountered by your local customs agent, TNT will contact you directly.
– All orders shipped internationally are final sale.
– Gift wrapping is not available for international orders due to customs regulations. It is very likely that the parcel would be opened by customs, thus negating any gift wrapping services provided. This will allow your order to be delivered as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible.

When can I receive my order?

Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days and the deliveries are made within 2 to 3 working days by Aras Kargo. Some additional delays might also occur during holidays and after long weekends. International deliveries by the postal service (unless agreed otherwise) can vary between 2 to 3 weeks. You can always ask for an update by sending an e-mail to [email protected]

As an exception, in case of any mistakes regarding the stocks, you will be informed about the products that are no longer in stock. We’ll automatically refund your payment and inform you about the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.

How much is the shipping cost?

The costs for the delivery of the products by Aras Kargo will be borne by the customer and are not included in the notebook price. The shipping is free on all orders over 150 TL.  

Different shipping costs might apply if you wish to recieve your package through courier or express postal service.

Can I cancel, exchange or return my order?

The dispatch process online can be very quick and once the order has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. If you want to cancel/change or return your order please send an e-mail to [email protected] within 3 days after receiving the package. The returned/exchanged notebooks must not be damaged or used and must remain in their original packaging (paper bag or upcycled fabric case).

The return shipment has to be made at your own cost. Müsvedde is not responsible for any lost packages during the return process, it is recommended to use a registered delivery service. A refund will be made within 5 business days after receiving the notebooks in good condition and complete. It can take some time before the refunded amount appears on your credit card.

No refund will be made for products that are returned incomplete, damaged, used or notified more than 3 days later.
No refund or change will be made for customized notebooks.

In case of an exchange, we willadjust your balance via direct bank transfer and ship your new notebooks, within 5 business days after receiving the returned ones.
